Experiential Learning Classes Taught by Christina Minihan at CSU 

New Culinary Tourism Course & Hospitality Marketing (Social Media Management Focus) & Study Abroad Culinary Tourism in Italy!  

There are now two new classes starting in the fall (RRM 355 & RRM350).  Both are catered towards service & experiential learning and are open to everyone on campus as electives.

 

If you are not a hospitality major or you do not have the prerequisites and need an override, don't worry! Please reach out to Christina at Christina.Minihan@colostate.edu for an override request. If you are interested in a fun unique study abroad course, The Culinary Tourism in Italy Course will be accepting new applicants this fall! Please note, space is limited for all classes.

Looking for a couple of fun classes to add to your schedule? FSHN is happy to announce two new courses this fall called Culinary Tourism & Hospitality Marketing.

 

Both classes are based on hands-on & service-learning experiences.

 

The Culinary Tourism course includes several engaging trips to local food & beverage establishments (i.e., breweries, restaurants, etc.).

 

The Hospitality Marketing course will be focused on social media management related to the industry and will provide you with great experience that you can add to your resume.
